And again 4 dogs
Gisi, Ralf junior, Claudia and Celes
could go on their trip together with Gisela to meet their new families in Nuernberg.
Where the new "parents" and Tina are wating to give them a wonderful welcome.

26th of July
And the long journey to germany started today.
Thanks Heidi and Manfred.
After a long trip both arrived safely at the Finca.
Their car was fulkl of donations.
Having slept one night they took our babies from the Sunday market to germany /
in their airconditioned car.
Thank you Anne and Dave for having fostered them with so much love !

22th of July
And again one year was over
and our dogs needed their vaccination against heartworm
as well as the regular vaccinations.
21 of 62 dogs have been vaccinated .
Our 17 dogs that cannot be rehomed anymore and are staying with us for the rest of their life
and 4 pups got their vaccinations.
Only our old Princesa could not be vaccinated any more.
She is too weak....

Hello everyone
here we go again
7 puppies dumped but fortunate enough to find temporary foster homes. vet checked, all healthy and about 5 weeks old. can everyone help advertise them where ever possible to see if we can find homes for them asap?? many thanks in advance

Incredible heat in the hall.
The dogs are lieing on the floor having problems to breathe.
When people approach them they lift their heads

17th of July
And now everybody is sad that Tina and Steffen left the Finca to go back to Germany
except for
Clara, Tartufo, Grisi and Lalo
who could go with them to meet their new families.

And the two last pups that were at the hospital could come home now.

16th of July
Now there is also joy in Annes and Daves house.
Friday morning Mila gave birth to 9 pups.
She is a wonderful mother and the care that Anne and Dave gives them is fabulous.

2 of the 4 pups of Thea were allowed to leave the hospital today
and could return to their mother.

Lena gave birth to 5 Puppies today

Little Smokey has broken his leg.
And happily he walks through the world
being Spains next Topmodel.

Mila the poor pregnant dog who was living under a lorry
until APADAC could catch her
is now in her new house ready to give birth to her babies.
It is a wonderful kennel  cool and cosy that Dave has built.

Pluto was adopted but he could not stay there any longer.
We decided to take him before he had to go back to APADAC
and today he moved to the finca

Today Ceferino, Estrella, Loretta and Felipe moved to their new families in Germany

2nd of July 2010
As the kennels at Lesleys place are not finished now because of lack of money and helpers.
and as the pups had to leave APADAC as soon as possible
we took them in.
They are now in our emergency kennel
and we hope that there will not be an emergency dog who needs help.
All of our kennels are crowded now.
The 2 brothers
Tom and Jerry,
Elias who reminds us of Elliot
and little Diego with his big ears have moved in.
All these dogs would have been drowned or beaten up till they would have been dead -
this is what the owners told Maribel.
And a young lady moved to the Finca ,. too.
Her name is Fee and she can talk like Peter.
Now we have got a talking couple here.

We got this mail from Maria del Mar, president of APADAC
Hello friends,
today the sterilisation campaign has been finished.
83 animals have been castrated and we are more than happy and grateful.
It was a week full of hard work. But it was worth while.
Thank you to CLAUDIA, the great protagonist who has arranged this German project
Thank you to Mr. ERNST from ETN, who has made all this possible for us. It is the first time that we got such an immense support-
Thank you to the VETS of ETN, whose work was very caring and professional.
Thank you to all our friends from FINCA LUCENDUM Gisela, Ralf,Anja, Shirley Lesley, Diana.. to everybody for everything.
Thank you to TINA who is travveling all over Germany to find wonderful homes for our "children".
Thank you to PILAR, our beloved vet from Benejuzar who made it possible that the campaign could take place in her hospital,
who has got a lot of patience. Thank you for her smiles and the calmness and for everything she has done for this project.
Thank you to Carolina who has never lost her smiles. She is the best vet assitant in the Vega Baja.
Thank you to MARIBEL and everybody else that helped to take the dogs in Maribals van from APADAC to the clinic and back.
A special Thank you goes to CARMENÂ and FRAN because they have helped me a lot and were always close to me.
